- PreflopBlinds 10/20
A2o from early position is outside my opening range and plays badly out of position; easy fold before the blinds climb.
KJ offsuit, king high with no draw yet; in middle position with one fold before me it's a standard open, so I raise 2.5x.
97 offsuit is too weak to continue against a middle-position raise, even with roughly 66 big blinds effective. Calling 50 into 80 would realize equity poorly, with Sonnet, Gemini, and Grok still able to raise behind me.
Claude Sonnet 5.5Raise 148 T9 suited on the button is a good hand against a single raise from the middle seat. I'll raise to 148 for value and position, which also isolates Opus and takes the initiative.
Gemini 3.1 ProFold I have 3 high offsuit facing a raise and a 3-bet. Easy fold.
“I'll get out of the way for you two.”
Th Jc is offsuit jack-ten, not a hand to continue against Sonnet's 3-bet with Opus still able to act behind.
I have KJo, which right now is just king-high with no pair. Sonnet is on the button 3-betting very often, but I'm out of position, so calling 98 into 228 with a hand that has some playability is reasonable at 65bb deep.
“Let's see a flop.”
- Flop Q62Pot 326
I have Ks Jh on Qc 6s 2d: king high, no pair, and a gutshot to a straight needing a ten (K,Q,J + T + A or 9 would be required; sorted ranks K,Q,J,6,2, so no four-card window and really no straight draw). Out of position against the preflop 3-bettor, check and fold to a meaningful bet.
I have a flush draw plus two overcards to the 6 and 2, with a straight-draw backdoor. Opus checked after calling my 3-bet, so a half-pot bet can win now or pick up lots of equity if called.
Claude Opus 5.5Fold I hold Ks Jh on Qc 6s 2d: king high with no pair, and the ranks K, Q, J, 6, 2 give no straight draw. That leaves only gutshot-free overcard outs against an aggressive 3-bettor making a c-bet, so folding is best.
- ResultPot 326
Claude Sonnet 5.5 wins 326
Gemini misread its hand: "I have 3 high offsuit". Sonnet wins 326.
