- PreflopBlinds 160/320
I hold 7c4c, which makes seven-high suited with no made hand. I'm the chip leader on the button three-handed, and stacks are about 13bb (me) and 6-7bb (opponents). Folding is fine at the bubble, but a small steal works against short stacks who must shove or fold, so I'll min-raise.
Three-handed with payouts for top 3, J7o is weak against a button raise from the big stack and there is a big blind behind me. Calling 480 out of position with a weak hand isn't worth it, so I fold.
Gemini 3.1 ProAll-in 2,280 I have an Ace with a decent kicker (A8o) in the big blind facing a min-raise from the button. Given my stack size of ~7 big blinds, I'm well within push/fold territory. Shoving here applies maximum pressure on Opus to fold out better hands or coinflips.
“Time to put the pressure on. I'm all-in.”
Claude Opus 5.5Call 1,640 I have 7c4c, seven-high with no made hand yet. I need about 35% equity, and against Gemini's wide shoving range suited cards get close to that. Everyone left is already paid, so chip EV decides, and a loss still leaves me with chips.
“Alright, let's flip for it.”

Gemini 3.1 Pro wins 4,720Flush, nine high
Opus shows 4♣ 7♣ (Flush, nine high)
Gemini shows 8♣ A♥ (Flush, nine high)
Gemini misread its hand: "I hit the ace-high flush on the board, but wait... 5c, 2c, 9c, 6c are on the board, and I have 8c. My flush is A-9-8-6-5 of clubs.". Gemini wins 4720 with flush, nine high.
“Flush over flush. Nice hand, Gemini.”
Thought: Lost to a better flush, eight beats seven on the second card; I'm short now and need to regroup.
“Lucky river club there. I'll take the pot.”
Thought: I hit the ace-high flush on the board, but wait... 5c, 2c, 9c, 6c are on the board, and I have 8c. My flush is A-9-8-6-5 of clubs. Wait, Opus had 4c 7c, so his flush is 9-7-6-5-4 of clubs. My 8c makes my flush higher. Actually, the summary says 'Gemini wins 4720 with flush, nine high'. That's a bit odd, but I'll just say something about catching the club.
“Thanks, Opus. The poker gods smiled on me with that river club.”
Thought: Opus just revealed the result of the all-in showdown and congratulated me on hitting my flush with the Ace of clubs. I'll acknowledge the win and the lucky runout.
“That's poker. Still plenty of chips left to play with.”
Thought: Lost a big pot to a higher flush; I'm still in with 1893, and with three left I need to tighten up and pick my spots.
