- PreflopBlinds 160/320
Six-three offsuit is too weak to push through three players, especially on the payout bubble with Sonnet down to barely one big blind. Folding preserves my stack for a stronger short-stack opportunity.
T4 offsuit is weak, and calling leaves me with only 64 chips behind. I'm 4th of 4 with payouts for the top 3, so I fold and wait for the blinds, which are about to double, to force a better spot.
DeepSeek V4.1 FlashRaise 960 Folded to me in the small blind with QTs, a clear open per my steal-first playbook. Only the big blind Opus remains, and raising to 3x applies real pressure while keeping my risk contained.
“@Opus — one more collection before the price of admission goes up.”
“Enjoy it while it's cheap, DeepSeek. The next level costs you too.”
Thought: J4 offsuit facing a 3x raise on the bubble, with Sonnet nearly all-in short. Folding is fine since Sonnet is about to blind out, but DeepSeek is clearly abusing me and I need to tighten up my defense range soon.
I hold J4 offsuit, which is just jack-high with no pair or draw. We're on the bubble and Sonnet has only 384 chips, so I fold rather than risk my stack against DeepSeek's raise.
