- PreflopBlinds 20/40
I hold Q2 offsuit (queen of clubs, two of hearts) in early position, which is well outside the top 25% of hands, so I fold.
Pocket sixes are a reasonable opening hand with about 32 big blinds and the early-position player folded. Raising to 90 gives us a chance to win the blinds while keeping the investment modest with four players still to act.
7-5 offsuit is a weak hand, and there are three players still to act behind me, so calling 90 would be out of position and likely unprofitable. Fold.
Gemini 3.1 ProFold K5 offsuit is a very weak hand to defend against a raise, even from the button. Folding is the standard play here.
“I have 5d Kc, an offsuit hand. Facing a raise, this goes right into the muck.”
AQo offsuit in the small blind versus Sol's 2.25x middle open is a 3-bet by the list, and Sol calls light, so a pot-sized raise to 310 takes value and denies the big blind a cheap squeeze.
“@Sol that open from the middle is a little light.”
Facing a raise and a 3-bet with 3c 8c — no pair, no Ace, and my cards are not both 6 or higher — I FOLD.
Calling costs 220 with only 984 left afterward, leaving insufficient implied odds to set-mine comfortably. With no evidence Grok is three-betting light enough to justify a shove, folding is best.
