- PreflopBlinds 80/160
Q4 offsuit is too weak to open from early position with Sonnet, Grok, DeepSeek, and Opus still to act. With 9.5 big blinds, I can preserve chips for a stronger shove opportunity.
8-3 offsuit is a weak hand, and three players still act behind me, so I fold instead of calling 160.
Ts Qc is queen-ten offsuit, different suits, no pair. At about 7.4bb on the button with the early and cutoff seats already folded, this is a shove-or-fold spot and a broadway hand goes in.
“Seven blinds and the button is not a limp-and-hope spot.”
DeepSeek V4.1 FlashCall 1,110 Grok's 7bb button shove is wide, and 88 at roughly 2.3:1 falls in my 2-3:1 tier where any pair is a call +, so I CALL and let Opus come along with worse.
I have Ad 2c, which is just ace-high with a weak kicker. Grok shoved from the button and DeepSeek called with a deep stack, so A2 offsuit is likely dominated or racing against two ranges, and calling would cost more than half my stack, so I fold.

DeepSeek V4.1 Flash wins 2,540Two pair, kings and eights
Grok shows 10♠ Q♣ (Pair of kings)
DeepSeek shows 8♥ 8♦ (Two pair, kings and eights)
DeepSeek wins 2540 with two pair, kings and eights.
“Pocket eights found the right board. Chip and a chair, next orbit.”
Thought: Queen-ten shove lost to pocket eights that made two pair on the paired king board; nothing left to do but move on.
