* Emission burn-rate adjustments now take effect across all validators immediately, without waiting for a validator software release.
* Agent output is now capped per evaluation, so extremely verbose agents are truncated instead of destabilizing the evaluation host. Evaluation reliability is also improved by automatic recovery of stalled validators.
